My father needed some more help after a fall. We picked Vitality living after looking at several places for him in the area. We always felt the warmth of the staff and Dad really liked all the activities. He had as full of a day as he wanted and truly was very active and happy. I highly recommend Vitality senior living.

AVOID this place until they replace the medical person, put safe guards on withdrawing money from residents bank account, and serve better food. Vitality was a great place, but the past year+ has drastically declined. The Medical person (Danielle) had a 1000.00 more than the contracted price withdrawn from my brother's bank account. When I questioned this, they could not provide documentation showing that my brother needed more help than the past 4 years he had lived there. The Medical person in charge over the past year said he needed to be in memory care - there is nothing wrong with his memory, she said he needed someone to help him shower - his PT said no he doesn't, and even called me to let me know he was fine taking a shower on his own. They said he needed extra help putting on arthritis cream ($) - he doesn't have arthritis. He is shown wearing hearing aids - he doesn't have hearing aids and hears fine. When we talked to the lady in charge about the 1000.00 she admitted there was no documentation showing me the higher level of care was needed. She said Vitality wouldn't return the 1000.00 but would credit 500.00 for the next months (like I'm going to leave my family in the care of a questionable medical person who takes money out of his bank account?). When I complained, the caregivers told my brother confidentially that they were told not to help him anymore. I moved him. One other thing, the food initially was great at Vitality, and over the last year+ the food has gotten bad. They must have a tiny food budget.

My Mom has received fantastic care at Vitality Living Milton, and I feel really fortunate to have such a great option for her in our area. After visiting and researching over a dozen communities, I picked Vitality, and I’m thrilled with that decision. The staff is wonderfully kind, patient, and compassionate, always providing that personal touch that makes a big difference. The leadership and admin team is professional, approachable, and really attentive, creating a supportive vibe for both residents and their families. The community among the residents is so heartwarming—they’ve built genuine friendships and truly care about each other. They have all become like family to us. The facility is beautiful, vibrant, and full of fun activities, from concerts and games to shopping trips and more. But there’s also lovely, outdoor spaces for residents to relax. Vitality Living Milton has gone above and beyond our expectations, and we’re so grateful for the care and sense of community they provide.

I had to place my aunt into assisted living recently. I took a tour of Vitality and knew instantly this was the right place. I can’t say enough about what an exceptional place this is. My aunt is thriving in Vitality. She has some great new friends and the care team is amazing. They are there to assist her in every way. I was worried she couldn’t adjust to the transition. They made the transition a great experience for us both. She has so many activities and friends there that when I visit I sometimes have to cut it short because she is on her way to a fun activity. I strongly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their love one.

My mother moved into Vitality following a stroke as she needed more care than she was getting at another ALF. I am so happy to say that she is getting all of the care and attention consistently that she needs. The caregivers and staff are very friendly and approachable. The facility is a smaller size which I like as the staff has really has gotten to know my mom. The facility is very clean and bright. I do not worry about my mom as I did before she moved to Vitality. I am so grateful that she is there.
