BRIDGES BY EPOCH AT TRUMBULL

I would recommend Bridges to anyone looking for someplace for their loved ones to be taken care of in a proper way. Every single person there truly cares for every patient that they have. My dad is doing better now than he has done in a long time because of the Care that he gets there. They have Activities constantly throughout the day that has made him more active than he was at home.

I attend caregiver education and support group sessions conducted by Rhonda Stasulli. 5 stars are not enough, Rhonda deserves 100 stars. She is sincere, gracious and truly cares for each individual resident and caregivers as well.

I had to place my mother unexpectedly in short notice- Rhonda was amazing to work with. I was unsure how to work out the finances and uneasy moving my mother out of our home and Rhonda helped me with everything from the practicalities to the emotional support . My mother has been here for 7 weeks and she is thriving, they even got her out of a wheelchair when Orange rehab told me she reached her PT . The price was a little high for us but has been worth every penny!!

Well it happened again!! I went to the hospital for 4 days and when I came back I realize I have had things stolen from me AGAIN!!!!! Stupid things, this time it was an unopened 2pack of Fabreeze, a thing of dove deodorant and, get this, a bag of bags... the reusable bags for groceries!!!! How hard up can you be??!! Recently I had a $60 tube of facial ointment taking while I was at the doctor office. I have had sooooo many things stolen from me and the facility does NOTHING ABOUT IT!!!! They have screwed up my medication, almost gave me someone else's medicine a few times, good thing I caught it!!! So think twice before coming here!!! You will be robbed, have them screw up your medication, and much more; not enough room to put it all in. Seriously, I wouldn't even bring my elderly sick dying dog here to be euthanized!!! They might steal his bone(s)!!!!!
