I had such a great experience thanks to Rachael and Teresa! From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that I felt comfortable the entire time. Their customer service is outstanding attentive, patient, and efficient. It’s clear they truly care about their clients and take pride in what they do. I really appreciate the effort they put into making the experience smooth and enjoyable. My mother is in memory care at Village on the Park in Rogers and gets very good care. The nurses are kind and attentive. My mom feels safe and content. She needs help with lots of things and they are there for her. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Re: Village on the Park, Rogers AR My parents have been residents here since January 15th. Due to their memory conditions, they often create feedback loops with one another that are not grounded in present reality. As you can imagine, this has presented some uniquely challenging situations for the facility and its team. Despite these complexities, the front desk staff, nursing team, and management have handled every situation with remarkable professionalism, patience, and grace. They have not only improved my parents’ quality of life, but they have also made an enormous difference for our entire family and circle of friends as we steward their affairs. What stands out most is the cohesion of the staff. It is genuinely difficult to single out individuals because they operate as such a unified, high-functioning team. I moved my friend and client (I served as his trustee and POA) to Village on the Park Rogers in 2022. My friend absolutely loved the Village's environment and staff. I, too, truly enjoyed my regular contacts with the staff, each of whom were always nice. I always felt as though I was dealing with staff who truly cared for my friend. They are pros at their jobs. The building is very clean and comfortable. The individual apartments are well designed. Overall, I highly recommend Village on the Park Rogers.
