Bridle Brook Assisted Living

We were so happy to get grandpa into Bridle Brook. The staff all seem really nice and accommodating. We just visited and took grandpa down to get his lunch. As soon as we sat him at a table, within 30 seconds someone was there to take his order. They also do family nights where you can sign up and get dinner while visiting.

My dad has been at Bridle Brook for a couple years now. We looked at several places before finally picking Bridle Brook. It was easily the best combination of larger, clean apartments with friendly staff at a reasonable cost. My dad noticed that almost from the first day, every one of the staff knew his name. He also has been very pleased with the food, which was important to him. He has said multiple times that he has been happy with his choice.

Bridle Brook has been a wonderful community for my dad. Over the past seven months, he has adjusted well to his new living environment, and he often shares that he feels safe and genuinely cared for (he loves the food!) The staff have played a significant role in making this transition smooth; they are consistently kind, attentive, and take the time to know him as an individual rather than just another resident. It gives me great peace of mind to know that he is well-nourished, safe, and receiving excellent care each day!

My sister was recently moved to Bridle Brook Assisted Living. She is in the memory care unit. I visited her for the first time yesterday. I was very impressed with the facility. From the time I walked in the front door to the time I left, I continued to see things that impressed me. The staff is caring, the place is clean, and all the residents are very well taken care of. The staff interacted with the residents and treated them with the dignity they deserve. Keep up the good work! It is so nice to see such a well run facility.

My mom moved into the memory care area at Bridle Brook a couple of weeks ago. We had a very good experience with the intake process. It's clear that leadership is dedicated, organized, and sincerely cares about the work they are doing and the people they are serving. Lots of really nice, friendly people. I've been quite impressed by the quality of support in the memory care unit, and mom is adjusting more quickly than I expected. It's great to see that employees enjoy the company of the residents, and each other. The facility itself is very nice, as well.
