Bright Oaks of Aurora 1 (SMSK Aurora LLC)

I recently toured The Whitley and was impressed by the range of amenities and the overall atmosphere. From the welcoming entry with a beautiful fireplace to the comfortable common living areas, bistro, and formal dining room, it genuinely feels like a place residents can call home. They offer both assisted living and memory care, with a variety of room options including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences. Most importantly, the staff was compassionate, attentive, and clearly committed to providing exceptional care to all residents. Highly recommended!

Horrible place. They treat memory care residents the worse. They over charge and don’t even want to give the residents a full cup of juice. The resident s don’t eat with proper silverware and the staff treat the residents so horrible. The staff steals products from residents to use for residents who don’t have products. I hate that have to visit my uncle here. And it always smell horrible. The resident walk around like zombies doped up. If you truly care about your family don’t send them here. Beware

I recently toured for my mother at this community. The receptionist was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Jennifer was an amazing tour guide. She let us know of all our options from studios to one bedrooms. She relieved a lot of stress I had with relocating my mother to an assisted living community. I was intrigued by the activities and outings that they had to offer. Staff was very welcoming.

Thank you Bright Oaks. You have rejuvenated my mother-in-law and given her family the peace of mind that she is in a Safe Happy Place. In the short time that she has been at the facility, she is living a fulfilling life, reconnecting with a life long friend and doing activities that she never believed she could do. The Bright Oaks Team has embraced her and our family. You are the best and we are so happy we found you. Thank you.

Beautiful place.Atmosphere in this place is welcoming and really makes you feel home! Staff is great and very professional! Management is always there for you. Love it and recommending this assisted living facility
