This was really my first time going into the facility besides the front desk area. The place is clean, the staff I talked to were nice and helpful. Can’t wait to move in there in the future. With a gym and a Pub I’d move in now if I could

Brightview is Where my father now resides, The staff Members are always helpful and attentive. The buildings are kept immaculate and prideful ownership is evident. My father enjoys the meals that he is able to choose and has stated many times that the food is excellent. We are so happy that we found Brightview!

My in-laws moved in maybe 1.5 years ago. My father-in-law subsequently passed. My mother-in-law is physically unable to walk and is weakened from Parkinson’s. She has been left on the toilet for over 20 minutes, which made her increasingly uncomfortable. She has been left in positions that are uncomfortable and is unable to adjust her own position. In my opinion, anyone would be uncomfortable in such a position. It is obvious to anyone looking that when the bottom half of one’s body is misaligned with the top half, it will be uncomfortable. I have personally witnessed the Aides being irritated and impatient with her to the point that she can’t really speak up to get what she needs. She HATES being unable to do for herself. She doesn’t like it there. Most of the people there are kind and try to be helpful. Everything I raised in this review are situations that I have personally witnessed, including the kindness of most people there. Generally speaking, my mother-in-law is not a complainer. I would imagine that the employees are exhibiting better behavior when family is around. I am divorced from her son. If I still had a say in the matter, I would look into moving her to a different facility. That said, I don’t know if any other place would be better. Maybe they are understaffed or there are other explanations (except for the rudeness and impatience). Do your research people.
