The dining hours are shorter than advertised, ending too early so the staff can leave. It sucks to be forced to eat by 5pm. I get treated poorly by the staff if I walk in 1 minute after 5pm.

Brightview is always beautiful to visit. The decorations are gorgeous and staff is always so kind.

We had such a wonderful time at Brightview Shelton! 🎉 The event was full of fun with activities like the bounce house, giant slide, face painting, caricatures, balloon art, tarot readings, the dunk tank, and of course delicious cotton candy. The residents, families, and associates were all smiling and enjoying themselves the entire day😄. A big shout-out to the Brightview staff👏 for being so welcoming and organized. They created such a warm and lively atmosphere that made the event truly special❤️. Can’t wait for the next one!

Brightview is a lovely residential community for seniors. I am one of their performers and from what I have seen thus far, the amenities are lovely, the people are so very nice and the staff are helpful and willing to accommodate your every need. One evening I was attending a concert at the new Amphitheater in Bridgeport where the Symphony Orchestra was playing and low and behold, we met a bus-full of Brightview residents who were also attending. I love the fact that they are out-and-about attending cultural events!
