Bristol House Memory Care has an incredible team that truly advocates for the residents and always prioritizes their well-being. The community is extremely clean, well-maintained, and sanitary. You can genuinely feel the compassion and dedication of the staff. Food also looks amazing and prepared fresh!

Mom has been living at Bristol House for almost 2 years. My sister and I are extremely happy that we chose Bristol House to help care for mom. The staff is courteous, helpful, kind and always willing to offer assistance whenever required or requested. The residents of Bristol House all seem to enjoy living there amongst their new friends. We are grateful everyday that mom is safe and cared for by such wonderful people. We highly recommend Bristol House to anyone who is suffering from memory loss. 10/10

The Care is excellent at Bristol House Memory Care. My mom has been here for six months. Kim and Shamira are very professional, knowledgeable and caring as the ED/Director of Nursing and Patient Care Coordinator. The staff works as a team which is very important. The building is set up very well for memory care residents. The food and activities are great for the residents! I highly recommend Bristol House Memory Care!

Bristol House Memory Care provides a warm, caring environment where residents are treated with genuine kindness and respect. The staff is attentive, compassionate, and truly dedicated to the well-being of each resident. It’s comforting to know loved ones are in such capable and caring hands.

Bristol House Memory Care is where I would move my loved one to for memory care. It has always had a special place in my heart. The amazing family that built and still owns it are such great people and are there everyday. They do the right thing for the residents, families and staff. Christine, the DON, is so involved and always works hard to make sure that the residents are supported clinically. Crystal, the ED, is always looking for good people to join their team and supports families and resident as if they were her own family. This is huge and she is fantastic. Jill, the Activities Director, is always doing things with the residents and truly loves them. She does an amazing job at keeping the residents busy and supported daily. Lastly, Bristol House is meticulously clean and never has an odor. The outside and inside are beautifully kept. So much love goes into the community and you feel it as soon as you walk in the door.
