BRISTOL MANOR OF JEFFERSON CITY

After a few bumps, my Mother settled in and made freinds. I even gave them a good review. Going through 3 administrators in a few months after that was concerning. At first it was fine but the last administrator really gave my mother a hard time. All of a sudden anything we tried to do to help was wrong. We brought my mother a chair with arms so she could get up from the dining table and we were reprimanded. Even though they had placed a chair with arms there before that. There are no arms on the dining room chairs. This is the only place in Jefferson City that does not have arms on the chairs in the dining room. Which most elderly people need to stand up. A Place for Mom reached out to them to ask them about getting chairs with arms. That is the only reason we signed the contract. We also had to purchase and install grab bars for the shower. Even though we were told they would take care of it. But never did. What senior facility does not have grab bars in the shower? Just Bristol Manor. One of their "helpful things" they are supposed to do is help people shower.They "didn't have time " to help my mom shower. Every tenant in this place is miserable. We are moving my mother out.

PLAIN AND SIMPLE...THEY SUCK!

Very disappointed in the unprofessional way administration handles situations. Very forgetful in everything we have had to deal with and argues with the residents.
