BRISTOL MANOR OF LINCOLN

This is a well managed caring community. Few residents but you should come check this out. Three full meals everyday, not microwave food, real food.It is prepared and cooked by staff. Nice quiet environment, clean and well taken care of, no bugs (that's a plus). Lots of things to do here; foosball table, ping pong tables, puzzles, visiting with others here). Puzzle put together by a couple residents. Little short on staff. It's only 8 hour shifts so that should be good. They need staff to help relieve other staff, they do meds for residents, cook meals, watch over residents, laundry, and other kinds of book work I guess. Right now they only have a few residents but more are coming. It's a nice place please come in today and talk to administration about the opportunities available here.

Company is terrible to their residents. Will leave administration staff with no relief so then they cannot leave the facility and are required to be there 24/7 for months on end. They do not help get staff and are not willing to provide relief even for administration to get food for the residents. Furthermore in an emergency situation where a resident life was at risk company did nothing to support the resident and only wanted to know when they would return so that they could get money from them. Resident was in a life threatening situation due to another resident and company wanted administration to find a way to keep the attacking resident when they were in police custody for nearly killing another resident. Horrible company that does not care about their residents or their staff.
