I live here and it's a family environment, well taken care of and I'm happy.

People weren’t following the rules the supervisor should be gone she hired people to take care of these people and I heard there was drinking not cleaned rooms people using each other for things and not healthy food and no activities and they thought that you had to take medicine when living is already bad enough for the people who have no where to go

They kept telling lies make you take medication that doesn’t work in order for someone to live there told people other peoples business workers named bbrandon and Jason were drinking alcohol in the room didn’t clean none of the workers did Brandon slept the entire time the food was unhealthy the air conditioner wasn’t working good enough the other people living there interfered with your life and they kept calling people I told them not to dirty things happen here be careful who you tell your business to at all times they hire workers out of the blue who didn’t seem professional and Lee was didn’t listen at all ever hired people with mental illness and they let strangers live there that weren’t residents and let people trespass

I don't know what happens here but the food was good a couple of them kept calling my insane family and interfering with my appointments but I feel kind of sorry for the residents there and you were allowed to smoke so I didn't care and pacific cool they just might not of been aware of things

The people that run this facility are not trust worthy. They have bedbugs and kept it from us. Took my daughters remote for her TV out of her room while she wasn’t there and when she went in the day room and found it they denied going into her room to get it. My daughter called them out on it and the lady in charge made a big deal of it and demanded that I come down there right away to straighten out the situation. When I got there I had brought my youngest daughter and my granddaughter with me and the lady in charge Heather and her boyfriend had major attitude with me and asked me why I had issues with the facility. I said because of the bedbugs they never mentioned to tell us until I told her that my daughter had bumps all over her arms and I didn’t know what it could be from. Then she decided to tell us they had bedbugs. I also had issues about the way they handle the residence medications, because she would sit around and wait for hours before they would give her her medication and it would make us late to different appointments and things we had going on. I didn’t read the reviews before I put my daughter here and I should have . It was just close to home and would be easy to visit with my daughter. My daughter has been there a little over 30 days and I am already moving her back into my home as of April 12th. I do not believe the Residence there are taken care of like they should be and the people that are running it are very rude and they like to provoke arguments. They should have let the residents know they have bedbugs and they didn’t. Monday they had the place sprayed and yet bugs were still crawling around on Wednesday. I would not recommend this place to anyone for the care of your loved ones.
