The owner is a rude man. His niece runs the place when he's not there and they have fired several good workers. I would not recommend this place for anyone because they are understaffed and very rude

All of the staff are friendly and polite. The manager Holly tries to get any help you need in a prompt manner. unusal for this type placement they provide good food a reasonable portions . I have had the misfortune of being in PCH's that I wouldn't wish on anyone . So really appreciate the help I get here . Being power-chair bound the extra accommodation's they allow me as they possibly can without infringing on the other residents make me feel like I am still a human being not just a waste of space . Once I see how things go will update this to more stars .

My mother stayed here for a 2 years a VERY BIG mistake on my part!! Very poor service. Not a very clean place. Workers also was not nice. If you want to drop your love ones off and never come back this is the place.

Brittany's Place provides excellent care in a pleasant home-like setting in a rural area.
