I had a nice visit with my Dad! He is on the Memory Unit. His room, as well as the dining/group area was very clean. The staff was attentive and friendly. You have the perfect staff member up front at the reception area for the facility. She is always friendly, yet professional!! I look forward to seeing her each time I visit my Dad.

My mom spent the last year or so at Charter. Caregivers, hands on staff, Chef are wonderful, loving, skillful. Unfortunately they have management issues, going through four different directors while mom was there. Also they spend too much time and energy on some fundraisers/events that don’t directly enrich the residents quality of life but seem more like photo ops of staff for advertising purposes. The Memory Care staff is five stars. I spent hours with Mom several days a week, I saw what they did when no one else was around. I have so much love and respect for them. They cared for my mom like their own family.

I had been looking at places for my mom for a long time because we wanted to make the right decision. The staff here has been great and would follow up to make sure my mom was doing ok until she was safe in a assisted living community. We would come back to tour and would always get our questions answered and I can tell that they truly care. My mom has been a long time resident of Charter Buford now and we still get the great care and more. My neighbors are also thinking about placing their parents here and said that they also get the same great service that we get.

I had never heard of Charter Senior Living before March 1, 2021. I am so happy to have my daddy living here. My sister and I knew daddy needed more care than what we could give. Since I work at this community, we thought about just doing a respite stay to see if he would like it. To our surprise, within just a few days, he couldn’t get over how wonderful the community is, the food is over the top and the care staff are angels!!! He thought he would come in do his therapy and leave. He now wants to be here with us….. FOREVER!!!! Thank you all for being so kind and caring for my daddy, our family appreciates each one of you and all that you do!! May Hod truly bless you and your families!!

I put my father here for respite for the 2nd time within a month. He has dementia and the staff is absolutely wonderful. The chef is from New Orleans so the food is good… went there during lunch time so of course I asked for a plate to sample😜 it’s like their own Piccadilly Restaurant. My father also has trouble with drinking water as most memory care patients do. So when I came back to pick him up to my surprise Neverly, a supervisor said she went to Walmart and purchased a mug with a straw for him. This far exceeded my expectations, like this may seem like a small gesture but this was a big deal to me! The staff is so personable and Aleeya even FaceTimed me while I was out of town, just to assure me he was doing fine. As he has difficulty with leaving our home for days at a time. Ok… I’m trying to not brag but they also baked an apple pie for me to take home. My father was well kept and even mentioned that he had a wonderful time. I couldn’t be more pleased with their staff. I cannot remember everyone’s name but Kate & Becca’s staff are phenomenal! Even Brenna, the receptionist at the front door was so helpful with getting him in and out of the car and was very pleasant. Last but not least I cannot forget about Jennifer and Nola making him feel welcomed on his first visit.
