My parents moved the Brookdale Chatfield about 3 years ago and all the staff has been wonderful!

I can't say enough good things about Brookdale Chatfield. From the moment my loved one moved in to the Assisted Living area, it was clear that the staff truly cares. The team is not only professional but warm, patient, and compassionate. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home, with personalized attention that really makes a difference in daily life. The caregivers are attentive, gentle, and always ready to provide any help needed, no matter how big or small. What's really impressive is how the staff takes the time to get to know each resident individually, building strong relationships that make the environment feel like family. Both of my parents were in Brookdale Chatfield in independent living before my mom passed. After that my dad moved to assisted living and then to memory care. I can't say enough nice things about the staff at Brookdale. They were kind and respectful to my dad and always there to support me even as my dad entered hospice. They loved my dad and his sense of humor and were very supportive to me through the entire process. My dad passed in May of 2024 but I am so lucky he was able to spend his last few years in a place as nice as this. Thank you for everything.
