Brookdale Chenal Heights

We moved our parents into Brookdale about 9 months ago. We noticed right away what a clean and welcoming environment they have created. The staff has been wonderful and we have seen our parents make new friends, enjoy various activities like movies, bingo and book club. We are so grateful that they are getting the care that they need. The staff is always willing to address any issues and cares for the residents. The most recent ice storm is a great example. The staff really showed up to care for the residents and spent multiple nights to keep everyone taken care of. We really appreciate their kindness and support.

My mom has been in Caring Bridge (memory care) at Brookdale for over three years. She's had many downs and more downs since her journey with Alzheimer's began. Brookdale has been a Godsend in helping her and me during this time.

My dad was a resident at Brookdale for 2+ years before moving to nursing care. The staff are very friendly and caring. Nurse Susan is the best! He enjoyed the food, activities, and the small excursions. The levels of care they offer enabled him to keep a sense of independence while being surrounded by a loving community and receiving the 24h care that he required. They have 24h nursing care, Drs that make house calls, and transportation to Dr appointments that helped me same time and worry. I looked at multiple facilities, and Brookdale had the strongest feeling of being at home (and the best layout)!

Brookdale is located in an excellent spot in west Little Rock. The facilities are excellent and the staff is professional, attentive, and friendly. From the medical team, service staff, and management-everyone is focused on health, quality of living and friendliness. They have been a good fit for our family member.

The staff really helped us when we had to make a quick decision on where to go. They went out of their way to be helpful and kind. Dad was nervous at first but after being there a month, he says it's "delightful." The food has also been good which has helped reduce some digestive problems that we had at other facilities. Overall, my family is very happy with Brookdale. The cost is similar or better than other facilities we looked at.
