Brookdale Cleveland

Mom is very happy she tells us all the time that she is taken care of very well and just very happy. Staff is great facility is beautiful and everyone there seems very happy.

My Meems, lived at Brookdale Cleveland from May 2021 until November 2024 aka Garrett's mom Myrna. I cannot say enough in words to express the thankfulness we have of the care that Ashley (Director) showed to both Myrna Tucker & her family. She treated us all with empathy and listening ALL the time to both concerns as well as praise. Always wanting to improve where improvement was needed, always looking for a solution to any problem. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts Ashley.

My name is Gary Randolph. My mom has been a resident for several years. I don't know what my family would do without the staff here to assist me with my mother's care. They are always very professional, kind, and courteous. I can rest at night knowing that my mother is being watched over with love and care. Thank you so much Brookdale staff I don't know what I would do without you.

Recently moved my MIL from to on another facility to Brookdale. I love the staff, the facility is beautiful, warm and a perfect size. The opportunities are terrific and my MIL has not yet complained about the food. I feel like they actually care about everyone and everything. They are “doers”not just yes people. this wasn’t definite upgrade for my mother-in-law In quality and Affordability. Thank you, Brookdale for making this happen!!

Being apart of the Brookdale assisted living community has been a wonderful experience for me. Seeing the people in the community waking up everyday looking forward to a home cooked breakfast to getting their fitness in as well as their every day activities and so much more makes me thrive to do everything I can to make them feel welcome and at home. A well known activity they love in bingo! The excitement is just something itself to watch! I would recommend any of my family and friends to join the Brookdale community!
