Brookdale Columbia

Drew is a wonderful addition to Brookdale of Columbia, and I am always impressed with his caring and compassionate demeanor and his eagerness to help. The staff is incredibly dedicated, and it is very heart warming to see. It is clear this community is more than just a place to live, its a home filled with love and support.

Had my grandmother here. Great staff, Fantastic care. Love the director. And the maintenance man is excellent.

My family and I took a chance on Brookdale for my aunt in March of 2021. We certainly are glad we did! She seems to be thriving in that atmosphere. She never has any complaints about anything. The caregivers have been wonderful and always alerted me to any problems or changes. Ashley Holloway, the Activities Director, is such a kind, caring person who pays attention to detail and really engages with my aunt and with all her patients. Brookdale has turned out to be the perfect solution for my aunt!

Very unprofessional. Several of the people I spoke with were very nice. I was directed by multiple employees to speak with the executive director, but she hung up on me multiple times while trying to introduce myself. I thought the first time might have been on accident but the third time seems intentional. As a reply to their reply: I'm not and never have been a marketing student. I was not disconnected from any other people I spoke with that day at the facility. Additionally several months later and not once did they actually try to contact me as their reply stated.

Very caring staff. Attentive to residents' needs and preferences. Activities are planned daily and are meaningful. Executive Director is engaged and is responsive to residents and families.
