BROOKDALE CREVE COEUR

My daughter mom and I went to visit our uncle. The grounds are clean, beautiful, and warm. The staff is welcoming and kind. They answered any questions and gave easy directions. They greeted our uncle in every new space we entered. And every resident and staff member was so excited to see my four year old daughter roaming the halls. We will be visiting again and we look forward to it.

Nice facility and both pleasant and helpful staff. Sign in process was a little 'clunky' for an older person (me), but I understand and appreciate security concerns. Id give 4.75 stars out of 5 if Google would let me.

I am so glad that my parents were able to be part of this wonderful community. Getting older isn't easy and is definitely not for the young. After looking at many options, we found Brookdale Creve Coeur, and enjoyed the community for many years. I wouldn't say everything was perfect -- that's not possible -- but what was amazing was the responsiveness of management and staff. If there were concerns (let's face it, it comes with the territory), they were addressed with concern and compassion. I highly recommend this incredible team.

My parents love it at Brookdale! My mom describes it as “a cruise ship that doesn’t go anywhere” The residents are great, the staff, especially James and Gail, are phenomenal, and the food is very good as well!

All the staff is very kind and friendly. Very clean and bright. Glad my mom is here.
