Brookdale Fort Smith

1000 stars if I could!! What a beautiful place, dad has been here for about 4 months now and it’s changed our lives!! The problems at his previous assisted living with getting the correct medications and being responded to in a timely manner had set him back quite a lot. But since being at Brookdale he has came to every meal and always compliments on the food and I’ve had some meals with him and it’s quite impressive! Blake did such a great job showing us the room options and what dads future could like and Brookdale delivered! Cynthia, the ED, runs a tight ship of caring, generous, and loving staff, from the kitchen to the head nurse you can tell they care! Cynthia was so knowledgeable about any elder care options that not only helped with my dad here in fort smith but pointed me in the right direction for my great aunt in Eastern Arkansas! Brookdale has been such a blessing and I’m so glad we chose not only this building but we chose the staff, the residents, and the culture! Thank you so much for what y’all do!

Our family can’t imagine having Mother anywhere else! She has loved both her AL apartment and MC suite and every staff member has gone to great lengths in not only caring for her needs but also showing how much they truly care about her. We feel very blessed!

this places is super clean and the staff is friendly, and communicate very well between staff and family members. i couldn't ask for a better place for my loved one to live!

Brookdale Fort Smith is a wonderful place! I feel that the staff truly care about the people who live there and strive to make it feel like home. The facility is clean, warm, and cheerful. All the individuals who work there are friendly and compassionate. Would recommend this facility to anyone.

I have been here seven months. I love it here because everyone treats you so nice and so helpful. I picked this place because the rooms are large. I have two bedrooms with queen size beds and each one have two bathrooms. Also I have a sitting area and a kitchenette. They have all kinds of activities in house. Also trips out to eat if you prefer and to different stores like Walmart dollar tree and others. Everyone is very courteous and helpful. If you have any questions they will be anxious to answer them.
