BROOKDALE GRANDON FARMS

Choosing a place for my Mom was a sudden and rushed decision, which made an already difficult situation even more stressful. The team at Brookdale Grandon Farms, however, was a tremendous help in easing that transition. I especially want to thank Linda Ness, who was a great source of support and guidance throughout the process. What truly sets Brookdale Grandon Farms apart is that it feels more like a warm, welcoming community than a facility. Located in a cul-de-sac within a residential development, it has a cozy, house-like feel. The building is small, but roomy, which contributes to this comfortable atmosphere. I do wish they had a more formal onboarding process for both residents and their families, as not knowing what to expect can be one of the scariest parts of this experience. That said, they have been very prompt and satisfactory in addressing any concerns I've had. My Mom is settling in nicely, making friends, and is incredibly happy. I am so pleased with our decision and would highly recommend Brookdale Grandon Farms to other families.

After visiting many lovely Assisted Living Homes in the area, my sister and I immediately knew this was the perfect place for our mom. She is 95 and had lived in her home for 60 years, but she knew it was time to have more care. She has been here for a month now and has loved every day. The staff and the residents have welcomed her kindly and respectfully and have helped her acclimate well. We brought all her favorite things to make it feel like home and her room reflects what she loves about her family and friends. One of her favorite things right now is sitting outside on the beautiful front porch and seeing wildlife nearby. She is eating good balanced meals, enjoying the friends she’s made, and participating in the activities. Brookdale has been an answer to prayer for us!

We recently moved our mom into Brookdale, and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made her feel welcome, supported, and truly cared for. Allison and Linda are excellent with communication, which is so helpful! The team goes above and beyond to ensure the residents feel at home. It’s such a relief to know she’s in a place where she’s safe, engaged, and genuinely happy. Brookdale has brought our family peace of mind—and for that, we’re incredibly grateful. Highly recommend to any family looking for a warm, professional, and caring retirement community.

Our family member has been living at Brookdale for about 6 months. He is well pleased, as are we with our choice of Brookdale Grandon Farms. Every single staff member that we have engaged with has been kind, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Alison, Linda, and Maria just to name a few are wonderful people who take their responsibilities seriously, and they care very deeply about the residents. The environment is welcoming and friendly. There are plenty of activities and excursions for shopping and dining. We refer to Brookdale as the Goldilocks place because it was the perfect fit for us. Sincerely, DQ

Moved mom into Brookdale in January of 2024. Her time here has been rewarding. Allison, Jonathan and the entire staff have gone above and beyond all our expectations of providing exceptional care for her. This is an excellent facility. I highly recommend Brookdale Grandon farms. I would like to add that she has made several friends here residents and staff included.
