BROOKDALE GRAYSON VIEW

It’s saddens my heart to see this review #DougWolf as this facility prides itself on open communication with our families. I do wonder if you have the correct facility, as we have looked thoroughly and cannot locate a couple that has left our community due to being dissatisfied within the last 5 years. It would be unusual for us to not recognize your name & staff has no recollection of you either. We have also looked up your name in hopes we could reach out and cannot locate you in our database. Our team here works very hard at providing great care to our residents & support to their families. Leaving bad reviews has an impact, so I ask if you could please reach out to our community in order to ease your mind/discuss what you feel occurred.

This is where you send your aging parents to die and get ripped off. The upcharges started immediately and they lied (failed/refused to provide proof) of the services we were paying for that our parents said they were not receiving. Terrible experience. Moved mom and dad to another location where the staff was honest and caring, unlike Brookdale Grayson View. If I could give a negative star, I would. Just horrible.

Gotta give a shout-out to Brookdale Grayson View Staff & Management. Mum is completely overjoyed with the Grayson experience. Patience, Care, Communication, Cleanliness & Professionalism are at the forefront to their approach and it work's! I am impressed but even more importantly, mom is too... Moving a loved one's residence is difficult, especially after 62 years in the same location. Grayson View made her feel at home from the moment she arrived. Thank-you to the G View Crew!

This review is late, but I wanted to share our families experience with Brookdale Grayson View. We moved our 99 YO Mom into her apartment at the beginning of 2023. Mom adjusted well and merged into the Brookdale family. On August 5, 2023, we held a 100th birthday party for Mom. The Brookdale staff worked with us to provide a setting that allowed us to host Mom's party for over 120 people. All of my dealings with staff (kitchen, cleaning, nursing, administrative and building) have been positive and helpful. Thank you Brookdale for providing a safe and caring home for our Mom!

Stephanie was very, very helpful in finding an apartment that my mother liked. She was very, very helpful in answering any questions our family had about my mom's stay and care at Grayson View. My mother loves her apartment. The only bad thing is that the family can only have one 2 hour in-apartment visit per week with only 2 people. That is no fault of Grayson View, but is due to COVID and keeping the residents safe. If the family could visit anytime, it would be perfect!!
