Brookdale Green Hills Cumberland

As a member of the local community, I have had the pleasure of visiting Brookdale Green Hills on multiple occasions, and each time I am greeted by Jane. She is so dedicated, kind and welcoming and helps provide a nurturing environment for the residents. It is wonderful to see seniors and their loved ones engaged in meaningful activities and receiving excellent care. I highly recommend Brookdale.

Brookdale is a beautiful place, and Nina, Rachel, Brittany and Jane were truly helpful during our family member's stay. The people working there are 😇 angels sent to assist us ! Nina was a great assist in getting us moved, and finding us all the right people to help us in the move.She personally picked up our family member, as seen in the last photo.Such a loving caring staff! The staff made our decision on where to place our family member!

Brookdale Green Hills Cumberland has been the answer to our prayers! Honestly, if we hadn’t found this facility with their amazing staff - our loved one’s health issues (both physical and emotional) would have spiraled even more out of control. We toured four facilities to find an Assisted Living environment that would address our many concerns. After a 2 hour visit, we knew this was the right place for us! The first thing that got our attention was “they listened and understood” our needs. They took a genuine interest in learning about the resident’s personality and expectations! The general attitude always has been “How can we make this work for you and what can we do to help?” The atmosphere in the facility, the amenities, the extensive Activity Calendar, the nursing staff, the caregiving staff, the maintenance staff - ALL have exceeded our expectations. Our loved one has been a resident for 5 weeks and, honestly — the staff has addressed a variety of issues that have come up - in a timely fashion. You can ALWAYS get someone on the phone to help navigate your concerns quickly! The care and concern the staff show - goes a long way to insure the residents’ well being. There is a very friendly and positive interaction between the staff and other residents! Lots of smiles and handshakes, music, and quality amenities are evident - overall, a very positive environment! We are very happy we chose Brookdale Green Hills!

Volunteered by helping prepare decor for the holiday season. What a happy and lively place. Residents and staff alike were pleasant and seemed truly happy to be there. It was clean and smelled fresh and new. So many nice spots for residents to enjoy fresh air or simply sit and chat inside. I felt welcome by all.

I volunteered at Brookdale Green Hills Cumberland recently and found it to be a lovely place. The management and staff were friendly and professional, the building was clean, beautifully decorated and the residents seemed very happy and engaged in a variety of activities. It is a pleasure to leave a 5 star review on Brookdale Green Hills Cumberland. I believe Nashville should consider it the premier location for their senior citizens needing to transition into an Assisted Living or Memory Care community.
