Brookdale Jackson Oaks

I feel at home here. It's a friendly and caring place with opportunities to socialize with others in our age group. There is always opportunities for something to do.

Moving a parent out of there lifelong home is a difficult decision. Moving them into a senior living facility is an equally difficult decision. We did research our options before we chose Brookdale . We believe that Brookdale was the best fit for our mother. It has been and it is. The senior living community offers mom a way to be social, interactive and part of an environment that helps her be as active or inactive as she chooses. She continues to find purpose and a good quality of life at Brookdale. It helps us know we made the right decision. Lis Clements

Jackson Oaks is a safe, friendly place for an older person in your life. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have taken so much care in getting our mom settled. She has lots of friends there. While it isn't home, it is nice to know she is safe and someone is available if needed.

My Mom has been living at this facility for 3 years. The staff are professional, yet caring and loving at the same time. They address any needs/concerns promptly, and take great care to engage the residents. We are very happy to have chosen Brookdale for my Mom's care.

After visiting and researching the independent and assisted living facilities in Jackson, we chose Brookdale Jackson Oaks. My mom has lived at Jackson Oaks for three years, and we have been extremely pleased with the staff and accommodations. Mother has ample opportunities for making friends and participating in activities, many of which are open to her family. The staff responds quickly to her requests and concerns and makes her feel that she is safe and cared for. The facility regularly makes changes and improvements to better meet the needs of its residents. The staff often goes the extra mile to make sure the facility is beautifully decorated, clean, and well-run. If we had to choose again, we would choose Brookdale Jackson Oaks.
