Brookdale Kingsport

It is a comfortable feeling, to say the least, knowing that your loved ones are being looked after and cared for by a very friendly, professional and caring staff. Kevin, Paige, Venus just to name a few, offer their very best. I truly don't know how I could imagine a better place.

It is so hard to put down in words how we feel about Brookdale Kingsport. We live out of state and it is so hard to be far away from a loved one. The staff there is so warm and loving.  We looked at several Assisted Living Facilities in the Kingsport area before we decided on Brookdale Kingsport. The staff went above and beyond from the very beginning.  From helping with move-in when we couldn't be there until the following day, to always treating us all like family .  The Director of Health and Wellbeing is amazing, and we will miss her, she is an amazing advocate for the residents.  The nursing staff and support staff were all kind, welcoming and exceptional in the care they provided.  Communication is so important, especially when living so far away, we were always called if there was a change in status or a concern that needed addressing. Additionally, when we called with a question or anything at all, it was addressed promptly and professionally.  We will miss everyone there and highly recomend Brookdale Kingsport for anyone looking for an Assisted Living Facilty.

I toured Brookdale of Kingsport with my client and family, we met with Nathaniel ( Sales Manager) and Heather ( Health & Wellness Director) my personal experience, I felt comfortable, welcome, relaxed, at "home". Nathaniel & Heather are friendly, helpful, caring, both had a great sense of humor, answered all my questions. Since the tour: The kitchen staff are very kind, the food I personally have tried is great. The Nursing staff is wonderful, caring, helpful compassionate and hardworking CNA's/ caregivers are compassionate, caring, loving, helpful, hardworking, they go out of their way to help the residents and myself, wonderful ladies. Kathy ( Business Office Manager), Housekeeping, maintenance, Ashley- ( Executive Director), Venus-( Resident Program Director), Johnny ( Dietary Director). I enjoy seeing the interaction between residents & staff. It has been such an honor and privilege getting to know the staff/ family of Brookdale. Love the facility, Great work

I recently toured the facility with my Elderly Father. We had toured 4 other assisted living places and this was the last one. The staff was really friendly and made us feel at home immediately. They answered all our questions and even had my dad talking (which he never does). We received all the information needed and went on our way home feeling very confident that we had found the place. The next day, my father told us that he wanted that place to be his home. He felt comfortable with Nathaniel and with Brookdale. That is what is important this time in their lives, to not be afraid and feel ever so comfortable. Nathaniel Young and Ashley Campbell did an amazing job with helping my father and I through this transition and getting us the best room for what he could afford.

Brookdale is my choice for my loved one. Nathaniel Young gave me a tour of the facility along with administrative Ashley Campbell. They were very informative about the facility's policies and daily schedules. I saw how they treated and loved the tenants and their staff. The facility was very warm and inviting. It seemed more of a home than a senior facility. I was very impressed and charmed by them. That's why I've chosen Brookdale to be my loved ones new home. Thank you Nathaniel for a great experience.
