My mother has been in their memory care unit for well over a year. The staff is wonderful. She has a beautiful environment, with an amazing activities director. When I moved her in Hemo was amazing. As nervous as I was moving mom, they have a thousand fold made me more comfortable daily. Plus she likes the food which is bonus. As well anytime I have addressed a concern it has been handled immediately. Linda the director is wonderful.

The community is well kept, with farely large apartments with a resort feel, The food smells amazing, conveniently located, and my mom's favorite of 16 facilities in the area. Linda, Hemo, and Tamika are awesome members of the staff at the community; especially Hemo. She put in effort above and beyond to accommodate our tight time frame and to meet our financial and medical needs. I searched for months and wish I had been referred to this facility sooner. It's diverity in age, ailment, and culture quickly made my mom feel at home. THANK YOU HEMO!

My mother was in need of an assisted living facility after falling and breaking her femur. Our family visited numerous places before choosing Waterside Landing in Margate. We met with Hemo and she couldn't have been more caring helpful and honest with us. My Mom originally went there on a temporary basis during her recovery. She loves it so much that she now is there as a permanent resident. Everyone that works there has been wonderful including the nursing staff ,aides, waitstaff, housekeeping, activities staff as well as management. The therapists Toni and Rob are outstanding . They have helped my Mom immensely with her recovery. The place is very clean and the rooms are spacious and newly remodeled. Thanks again to Hemo and the entire staff for being so accommodating and for taking good care of my Mom.

My mother, Patricia, recently became a resident at Waterside Landing ALF. The whole process went rather smoothly-from Hemo Sahadeo, who helped us find just the right fit roommate and apartment, to Erquis Gonzalez, who fixed a few things in the apartment to make my mom more comfortable, and Shanekia Gowe, who made herself available to handle every detail of my mom's medications and health needs, no matter what time of day! Along with nurse Sharon, Deirdre in the diningroom, and Jackie who oversaw the whole process- the entire staff at Waterside has made- what could be a difficult adjustment period for families-a seamless and smooth transition for my mom who had previously lived alone for the past 13 years. I have nothing but praise for the support, kindness, and patience of the staff, who are working hard to make Waterside Landing a great place for a loved one to call home!

I recently moved from a condominium in Boynton Beach to Waterside Landing. I was greeted with great enthusiasm from the entire staff. The efforts put forth by Hemo and Jackie and Kathryn and Erquis And the rest of the staff was five star. Very pleasant surroundings and the food is excellent. I might gain weight here. I am an independent living tenant and quite happy here. I would recommend this facility highly…..
