Brookdale Murrysville is a home-like memory care facility that exhibits compassion for its residents and routinely demonstrates the expertise of its staff.

Some of the staff is amazing, others steal peoples jewelry ( tracked by an airtag so not misplaced). Upper management is a joke and constantly changing. They will increase the resident's monthly fee SIGNIFICANTLY stating increased level of care is needed. Which is fine if the added staff they said was going to be added was actually added. So basically you pay for a higher level of care but do not receive any additional staff to provide more care. As with any facility, if you placed your loved one there, stay on top of everything.

The blessings offered by Brookdale Murrysville are boundless. Jil Miller, the manager of marketing and sales, greeted us on our initial visit. Her warm and friendly disposition was much appreciated. She was key for making the transition for my cousin a smooth one. Because of the close proximity of my home to Brookdale I am able to visit several times a week. My cousin enjoys the plethora of activities offered to residents daily. She feels an important part of the community. The attention given to residents by the caregivers is heartwarming. Residents experience a personalized sense of “home”. The food is appetizing and nutritious. Any medical needs are closely monitored. My cousin is happy and content. I have no reservations in highly recommending Brookdale to persons who are seeking a place for their loved one.

Brookdale ,Murrysville is the preeminent choice for memory care senior living when the need arises. Our introductory meeting with Jil. the compassionate and attentive manager of sales and marketing convinced us that Brookdale was someplace special! Our cousin has been welcomed into a “family” . Our cousin is an active participant in the multitude of activities that occur daily at Brookdale. As we visit multiple times a week, we find her cheerfully engaged in stimulating activities along with other residents of the Brookdale community. Our interactions with and observations of each and every caring member of the Brookdale team assure us we made the right choice in selecting Brookdale, Murrysville as our cousin’s residence. I am so happy that we choose Brookdale for my mom. It is a small and personable place. They look after her and make her feel that she is important to the Brookdale family. So many activities for her to participate in. She eats so well also. Great staff and a blessing to all the residents.
