BROOKDALE NORMAN

Some nice staff there but the director Chris is terrible. Pricing is crazy expensive for 1970’s property with rent increasing over 10% per year. Directors listening and problem solving skills are below average. There contracts are over the top abusive. Good luck getting their corporate office to answer the phone. Just an over priced facility with terrible administration. Caring for older parents is hard enough with out having to deal with difficult Administration.

Finding the right assisted living facility is a daunting task. It isn’t something anyone does often and it is usually time constrained. From the time I made my first inquiry, I could tell Brookdale Norman was a caring, proactive team who had our best interests in mind. My mother has now lived at Brookdale Norman for nine months and she proudly calls it home. And my peace of mind is higher than it has been in years. I can’t imagine a nicer assisted living facility and I also know they will care for her as her needs change which is a great relief.

I am so grateful for the compassionate, skilled, and dedicated care of the team who are working so hard to help my mother live her best life in her 90s. Naomi, Staci, Cindy, Crystal, Tabitha, Iris, Anne, Elizabeth, Adam, Larry, Sharon, Shelby…..I wish I knew every name, because everyone who has participated in mom’s care has been a godsend. The building is welcoming and warm, and the community of residents have a real feeling of family. Many of the Brookdale Norman team have been on staff for around ten years, and their experience shows. A wonderful move for our family.

Long term employees who care and work hard to ensure great care for their tenants. They communicate and provide the best services for my family. Naomi, Cindy, Crystal, Staci, Iris, Michael, Tabitha, Rose, Elizabeth, and Adam all work diligently and hard to ensure utmost care and comfort for my mother. I am very happy and grateful for this loving caring place.

The staff at Brookdale did an outstanding job taking care of my Mother during her stay there. My Mother loved it there very much and she did have her favorites of who took care of her. But it doesn't matter who it was because everyone was so helpful, kind and willing to sit and chat for a bit. I would totally recommend Brookdale to care for your love ones.
