BROOKDALE NORTHAMPTON

Everyone at Brookdale Northampton is friendly and welcoming. They are a vibrant community with so much for their residents to do. The food is fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a personal care or memory care community for a loved one.

Our mother has been in memory care for about 4 years and we are more than happy with the care she has received. Arleen and the staff have been awesome with mom, both physically and mentally. They have been a real pleasure to work with, keep us informed about mom's overall condition and are receptive and responsive to the few issues we have had.

My Mom was in Brookdale for the better part of two years. She was in the Memory Care Division (Clare Bridge). I can't say enough about how well she was cared for! All of the employees especially Arleen and Gerry went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and engaged. They were in constant contact with me ready to address any concerns that I may have had. Her room was spacious with a outdoor view and a private bathroom. She absolutely loved the food. I can't express how happy I was to know that I chose the right facility. Brookdale Northampton absolutely deserves the five stars.

My 91 year old mom recently needed to move into a senior living facility. Brookdale staff especially Michaële and Anthony went above and above helping my mom get what she needed to get done so she was able to move in. They recognized she didn’t have a lot of outside help to get things done and they jumped in. Brookdale is clean. The suites are comfortable and the staff is very friendly and positive. Mom enjoys the meals. Mom wanted her independence and she has it there plus her children know she’s safe and well taken care of. My dad is smiling down on us, also relieved that Mom is well taken care of.

Our family placed my 97 year old mother in the Memory Care Unit in Brookdale. We couldn't be happier. The facility is clean, well organized and food at meal time is delicious and appealing. The staff is very respecful and provides the needed care she requires. They are awesome. There are also various activities available to the residents if they choose to participate. A heartfelt thank you for providing our mom with the kind and compassionate care she receives on a daily basis.
