I moved my loved one into assisted living and the staff worked hard to help me with all the paperwork. When I ran into a problem they had it worked out and solved in 30 minutes. Her apartment is cozy and bright, and the dining is outstanding. I feel that I can finally breathe easy about her care. I highly recommend this facility.

My parents moved in over a week ago and i can't say enough about this place. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The food is very good. They have done everything to make my parents feel at home. The staff is great but a special shoutout to Tawanna. She has gone above the call of duty to make our experience great. She is an angel.

The residents and staff are what make this such a wonderful community. In the nine months since I’ve been a part of the Vitality community, I have made many new friendships here. I’ve seen every team—from admin, reception, maintenance, and custodial to kitchen, activities, wellness coordinators, therapists, and caregivers—go above and beyond for the residents. I especially want to mention Deborah and Tawanna. They’re always welcoming, take the time to get to know the residents and their families, and put great effort into special events like Wine Around the World, Veterans Day, the Thanksgiving Gratitude Luncheon, and holiday decorating that brightens everyone’s spirits.

My experience with Vitality has been exceptional. The staff go above and beyond to ensure every resident feels valued, respected, and cared for. They communicate clearly, respond quickly to concerns, and treat everyone with genuine kindness. The residents themselves create a welcoming, community-like environment where friendships come naturally and support is always available. It’s rare to find a place where both staff and residents feel like family, this facility truly achieves that. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a warm, attentive senior living community.

My Loved Ones & I are so grateful for the dedicated staff at Traditions of Smyrna . Each staff member continues to provide excellent care and consideration to Joann every day in every way. From housekeeping to the nursing staff, all of the personnel make it a point to learn about each resident’s needs and their likes & dislikes. We love Lyn so much as she listens! Their occupation is a true calling!
