BROOKDALE ROME

We love Brookdale Rome! It’s been a Godsend for our parents! The entire team is totally devoted to the resident’s comfort and well-being and our folks live the food and entertainment. Our Mom and Dad are 89 and 87 and they are thriving at Brookdale !

My dad had a wonderful experience at Brookdale Assisted Living in Rome, Ga. Our family knew he was cared for, loved, and wanted. He made many friends, but more importantly, the staff became his extended family. They recognized his need for reassurance, encouragement, and purpose especially after his beloved wife passed. Until the day my dad passed away he was rarely alone. The care takers called him by name. In fact, every worker knew his name. He dearly loved them. Many thanks to the management and entire staff for loving my dad and going out of your way everyday. You made a difference in his life.

Tina and Tessa at Brookdale Senior Living- Rome were wonderful to me during a very difficult time with my dad. These ladies made the administrative set up manageable for me, while living out of state. Heather, one of the nurses went above and beyond caring for and talking to my dad. My dad knew these ladies led their work with kindness and compassion. I'm so thankful my dad had the opportunity to meet these thoughtful ladies during the final days of his life. He knew he would be well cared for and so did I.

Brookdale in Rome, GA, has been consistently and above-and-beyond kind and caring to my resident family member and me. I witness and experience this myself on a regular basis, and the resident consistently says so. This has been a huge relief for me, as I didn't know what to expect from an assisted living situation, and I wanted be sure my relative felt loved and cared-for. It has resulted in an invaluable improvement in his quality of life. He did not want to move from his house, and that was so stressful for him and me. But Brookdale has been so good to him, it worked out that he is much happier there than he was at his own home, where he had become so uncomfortable and in a deteriorated, unhealthy environment because he didn't have the help he needed and was alone and lonely. Now, all his needs are met and he interacts with kind people throughout the day. I am so grateful to all the staff and management at Brookdale and would highly recommend it to anyone.

My mother has been at Brookdale Rome for almost 2 years now. This past year has been difficult to say the least but the wonderful staff at Brookdale have gone above and beyond to keep all the residents safe and healthy while also making sure they have activities and socialization within the community. I live 5 hours away and knowing my mom is at Brookdale has given me such a peace of mind. She has made so many friends there and she loves it!
