I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Mr. Stephen Hubeny, Regional Sales Director of Serenity Empire at Sweetwater. My sister and I had the pleasure of speaking with him as we searched for senior care for our mother, and his support was truly exceptional. Stephen stayed in communication with us throughout the day, guiding us step by step through the process and ensuring we had everything we needed—especially during a time when our timeline was extremely tight. He went above and beyond the call of duty, and it’s clear he genuinely loves his work and cares deeply about helping families care for their loved ones. We are immensely grateful for all he has done for us.

They are short staffed. The telephone system that is supplied which is run through the Internet does not work, which is a liability for the Residents. It is a liability for anyone paying those expensive prices. There is no staff on the evening shift. The food is so salty you can only imagine what it does to the residents health

New management has upgraded. Looks great! They've also added senior day care and respite as a la carte options. I've been pleased with the care my mom received, and the quality of the meals from their kitchen is top shelf! 4 stars cuz they don't seem to have an activities director or structured daily activities in memory care (e.g. bingo, music, exercise, chair volleyball, etc). If/when they do, it'll be a 5 star.
