Brookdale Tullahoma

A corporate-ruled facility whose uncaring policies ultimately resulted in harm to my mother's well-being.

My dad was at Brookdale for 7 months . He passed in Oct 2024. Brookdale staff were so caring and patient with my dad. He went into the hospice program and the staff at Brookdale help my dad and I so very much. They took the time to really care for him .

I highly recommend Brookdale Tullahoma to anyone looking to move themselves or a loved one into an Assisted Living facility. My Mom, Opal, now 102 years old and counting, has been at Brookdale for over a year and a half now. She has done so well there, receiving wonderful care from the nursing and caregiving staff. My Mom tells me that everyone at Brookdale treats her kindly...she specifically says "ALL are good to me". During a recent visit, I personally witnessed caretakers kind and patient treatment to my Mom as well as her fellow residents. In summary, I am so thankful for the care my Mom is receiving at Brookdale, and I wish to express my gratitude to all the many who are caring for her needs. I believe Brookdale Tullahoma to be an exceptional Senior Living facility.

The staff at Brookdale Tullahoma are all very attentive and friendly. The care is personal and individual. I personally visited several facilities. After narrowing my choice down to two, I revisited them just to be sure that my first impression was accurate.

My mother stayed at Brookdale Senior living in Tullahoma, TN 37388 and stayed 2-3 weeks. The place was neat, clean, friendly, secure. The food was good , people she sat with friendly. Her one bedroom was big enough for her bed, closet, their dresser , large fully stocked with bars to grab shower and toilet. If she buzzed for help 2 came almost immediately. They had cute little living room and sink, refridge and microwave. And assistance if needed to and from dining room. There also was a pretty garden where people gathered to chat and name plants and the occasional BBQ! You are allowed to park a car and leave as long as you let them know so don’t spend time looking for you. I have recently been to more expensive with much less very disappointed. Oh also nurse on grounds daily. Some more expensive have no medical. I would come take a look any time! Candy Ryan Mary-Rose Marshall
