BROOKDALE WEST HARTFORD

Brookdale has been an excellent choice for our parents. The care, the programs that are offered, the staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the food, the way they accommodate concerns and communicate to the family, it's all exceptional. We are a very grateful for the care our parents have received at Brookdale West Hartford and I feel it starts right from the top - the Executive Director, Ryan, he has always been there for our family.

In our initial meeting with Bookdale the appearance of being very accommodating is their upfront face. However, hidden expenses were not shared with families' members. The family was blindsided with these expenses wherein forced the family to pay what was not planned for.

When faced with the hard decision of finding care for elderly family I would highly recommend Brookdale of West Hartford. During the height of the pandemic the staff fought the virus and kept our family safe with low infection numbers within the building!! The management team and staff truly care about the residents and are constantly exceeding our expectations. Have been amazed how management has been available to address any concerns we have had 24 hrs a day by phone or in person if required. In our experience the staff truly is concerned and cares about our family. Even maintenance staff has been capable and patient with our family. Terrible place. I’d recommend any other location but this one. Glastonbury or any other one besides west hartford
