Honestly a wonderful place. The staff are super kind and really take the time to get to know the residents, which makes the whole community feel warm and welcoming. It’s clean, cozy, and has plenty of comfortable spaces to relax or spend time with others. Residents always seem engaged, with lots of activities and good food. What I appreciate most is how personal and caring the team is—they treat everyone with genuine respect and keep families updated.

My husband has been at this place for a few months now, and already the nurse locks up his meds and then forget to give my husband his high blood pressure medicine amongst other medications and my husband has already been to the hospital since he has been living at Brookdale. Nobody comes to help my husband put his socks on Brookdale will tell you that they’re fully staffed and my husband has Cerebral Palsy and this is how he is being treated while living at Brookdale. I have asked hat my husband medication stay unlocked and they still lock up my husband medication and wonder why your family pass seat or is hospitalized it’s because Brookdale staff don’t give out the medications on time or not at all. Think twice about sending your loved ones to this place, because your family will not get the proper care that they need at all. The weekends is even worst when it’s no supervision the staff is worst nobody works or pass out meds or checks on patients at all. I have seen patients yelling for help because the staff will not answer the call button. My husband sat in the bathroom in poop for over twenty minutes I had to call downstairs to have them send someone to help my husband. It’s assisted living but nobody to assist your love ones when they’re in need.

Brookdale Wilton is a wonderful assisted living facility. Staff and management are very attentive and helpful. I feel comfortable here and safe. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a forever home.

The Brookdale Wilton is top notch. My mother was in the Atria Stamford and it was one disater after another there, no attention to detail, no care, it was awful and I had to move my mother. I did not want to make another costly mistake and scoured Fairfield County, I really wanted to stay closer to Stamford-Greenwich, but when I got to Brookdale Wilton, I knew this was the place. The level of care and attention to detail her is amazing. My mother has been here for 4-years and we both love it. The executive director, the chef, the nurses, all of the staff is amazing and goes above and beyond, which is what you would expect at a care facility, but from what I have learned is not always the case. I highly recommend Brookdale Wilton, even if it seems a bit further away, the level of care is worth it

Back in February, my siblings and I were laser focused in our search for an assisted living facility for my parents as it was apparent that they could no longer take care of themselves. We looked and visited in person or virtually at all the facilities in the surrounding areas of Stamford, CT. Price, care quality, and location were determining factors. We reconnected with Sandra Steeves (whom we met years back working for a different facility in Stamford) now with Brookdale. Sandra should be commended for her dedication and down to earth way she interacts with clients. She is very knowledgeable as we were newbies and ready to take next steps with our parents. She worked tirelessly and provided insight on things we should be looking for and offered suggestions on our concerns. Staff was friendly and the way things were set up was resident focused. Although we opted for a location closer to where my siblings live, I would always be grateful for the time and knowledge she spent with us and I’d recommend Brookdale any time. I can tell that Sandra loves her work and helping families make this difficult transition and consider her an invaluable asset to the Brookdale community.
