Beautiful place, convenient location and a really home- like atmosphere. The staff knew residents by name, and sought to engage with them at every opportunity. I was very impressed.

Nothing special here, they are there to get as much money as they can before you die. For the last 6 years quality of food and services have declined year over year but the rent keeps going up much faster than inflation rates every year. They’ll do the bare minimum to keep you alive.

This Brookdale building is filled with so many compassionate staff members that truly care about the work that they do! You can see the genuine connections that are made between residents, families, and staff. The Administrator, Kiva, is thoughtful in her approach to how she can best meet the needs of her families and staff.

Shelby Bosken has been a joy to work with as a sales representative. She is friendly and well versed in the Brookdale Wornall sales process. I highly recommend her for navigating clients through this difficult transition period. Brookdale is also my number one recommendation for family and friends due to their amazing living options. My mother-in-law lived at Brookdale from Sept. of 2022 through most of March, and passed away Mar. 24 2023. My father-law is still living there. The staff was a tremendous help and very sympathetic when my mother-in-law became gravely ill. Throughout their stay they have received excellent care and friendly service at all times. They enjoyed all the programs, gatherings and social opportunities provided. Brookdale was and remains a perfect fit. My mother-in-law stated it was one of the best places she ever lived.
