The kind and courteous people working at the BGAL reception desk who answered my call were able to check on a floral delivery for a brand new resident in just about 5 minutes. They were very friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty to check on my family member. Thank you! 😊

I am so blessed to have found Brookside Glen for my dad! They are more than accommodating to your needs and truly care! Paulette and Chantel are truly hero’s for what they do for the facility and the families. My dad loves it there so much and it gives me a piece of mind to know he’s happy there and to be getting the help he needs from the nurses and the staff. I just called to check on my love one and the young lady Ms. Nixon was so rude. I asked her a couple of question because I did know the procedure or policies. She raised her voice as if I was getting on her nerves like I was her child. She told me to call back in the morning and speack to Shantel Short. I told her she did have to speak to me in that manner. She then hung the telephone up on me.

Brookside Glen is a very warm, loving place where my mother-in-law calls home. Friendly and professional people and loving care givers make the experience of moving in a loved one very smooth and comforting. Brookside Glen promises excellent care and they deliver.

Brookside Glen is a very loving place. The staff is wonderful. It feels like your at home when you come through the door. I highly recommend Brookside Glen. They love the residents there like they are family!!!!
