Amy with Cameron Hall is wonderful. She has been so helpful in getting my sister moved into memory care. She provided excellent customer service and has gone above and beyond to make sure she is happy and taken care of. You can tell she really cares about the people living here and does all she can to make this transition as good as it can be for all concerned.

If I could leave a ZERO rating I'd do it!! They are severely under staffed and my husband has had to wait to get attention for over an hour! They can't seem to find a decent director to run the place! The walkie talkies don't work so there's no communication when a resident needs help! I've called the ombudsman several times and complained about it and he gave me a number for Community Health so I called them and I've left several messages and they don't return phone calls so that's no help at all!!! Its just too hard to find help here for my husband who is bedridden. They don't answer when we page them for help because all the pagers are broken!! This place is in need of some serious help!! My husband and I have decided to look for another place to live because its that bad here!! I don't recommend it to anyone that's looking for an assisted living facility!! If we could move WE WOULD!!!

If you are looking for a place that feels like home, this is it. From the second you walk through the doors and see Dasha’s smiling face, you know you have found the perfect community. She welcomes every family member by name and always goes above and beyond. She represents how the rest of the care staff is. I’m always greeted and smiled at while walking down the hallway and you can really tell they care about their residents. Cameron Hall is a hidden gem tucked away in the heart of Canton.

We found this facility online as my uncle needed somewhere where he could be around people his own age and have socialization. He doesn't need a lot of assistance but he needs some. Overall, the staff and management are very good. Keith Ayers the Director goes above and beyond the call of duty and he genuinely cares about the residents. He has been a huge help to our family as we navigate senior care and the issues we have faced. The front staff are always so helpful as well and when we visit, the staff all smile and speak. They also call each patient by name and have kind words to say. Again, overall very pleased with our experience at the facility. Would recommend it if you are looking for a place for your loved one.

Deciding to place a loved one in a care facility is a stressful decision. Many emotions come to the surface when these life changes take place. The staff at Cameron Hall of Canton understand this and work above and beyond to help families with their individual transition. My mom has received personalized care. The professional and support staff there are caring folks who do a wonderful job of providing that same level of care to all the residents. Medical issues are promptly taken care of. And the people there are great at addressing the emotional needs my mom has. It’s a pleasant and home like atmosphere. A lot of the staff have been there multiple years and that’s so important in this industry. Days are full of activities, good food, peaceful places for them to sit and visit. Plenty of smiles, pats on the arm and people asking “How are you?” I’m glad my mom is there and doing so well.
