CANOPY AT AZALEA GROVE, THE

I don't even know where to begin about how wonderful The Canopy is, especially the staff! My father entered the facility in November of 2024 and he was not always the nicest or easiest person to help. However, the ladies always treated him with kindness and genuine care and I am forever grateful for it. I would highly recommend this facility for your loved ones! I would like to sincerely thank Heather(facility director), Kaneshae, Hope, James, Tiffany and all the others for the wonderful way that you cared for and loved my father in his last days. Forever in your debt, may The Lord continue to bless you all!

The Canopy is a wonderful place to call home! It is attractive, modern, spacious and clean. The greatest asset lies in the residents who live here and the associates who work here. Ms Heather (Executive Director) and Ms Kaneshae (Director of Health and Wellness) oversee the facility and ensure excellence in service and resident wellbeing. The associates are competent, professional and caring. Marcia provides awesome activities, entertainment and off campus road trips for dining, discovery, shopping and fun. You are warmly greeted upon entering the Canopy by Ms Penny(Administrative Assistant). My brother has been a resident here for approximately three years and he told me that the staff are good to him. I live out of town and this is reassuring and comforting to me. The meals are excellent and plentiful and served in a fine dining atmosphere. There is so much more that I could say about the Canopy! Come and see for yourself.

We moved my mom to the Canopy in December 2024. At first my mom’s transition was rocky and difficult for us and she was not happy. From day 1, the staff went above and beyond to encourage and love on my mom and continued to encourage me. Since that time I have been amazed again and again and the level of care, compassion and giving EVERY member of the staff have for the residents and I’m even more amazed at what tremendous events they put on for the residents always keeping them engaged and involved. But they genuinely love the residents and it shows. I HIGHLY recommend The Canopy at Azalea grove. You won’t be disappointed if you give them a try!

This is an extremely nice place for our loved ones. It’s modern, clean, tidy, and kept up very well. The entire staff are most pleasant and accommodating. You can tell from their smiles that they thoroughly enjoy being here and they love the people that live here. They are unbelievably professional and always, always ready to assist in every way possible. A full calendar of relatable social activities is offered to keep our loved one’s involved. The memory care is safe and secure for those requiring that level of care. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing their services. It is, in my opinion, a very efficiently run facility with great, dedicated people at the helm.

I can't say enough how wonder the staff at Canopy at Azalea Grove was. They helped our family transition through this very difficult time,when our family member started suffering with dementia. From checkin, the administration ,the care team, the lunch staff and the activity director ( who our uncle adored) helped him excel in this most difficult phase of his life. They were kind and caring to him and met all of his needs. They kept us posted when he started to decline which we greatly appreciated. Unfortunately our uncle lost his battle with that horrible disease but the Canopy was top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them based on our personal experience with them.
