Canterfield of Franklin has truly been a blessing to our family. From the very beginning, they have gone above and beyond to make every resident — and every family member — feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely loved, like part of one big family. The care they provide is exceptional, and I say that with a full and grateful heart. Their compassion, attentiveness, and commitment to each resident’s well-being bring us so much peace of mind. We simply cannot imagine our loved one being anywhere else.

Choosing memory care for a parent is one of the hardest decisions a family can make. From the moment our dad arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. For over a year and a half, he was treated with extraordinary patience, dignity, and warmth. The caregivers truly took the time to understand him — his stories, his preferences, and his unique personality. He was not only well cared for physically, but emotionally supported and genuinely loved. The staff kept us informed, welcomed our visits, and always made us feel like partners in his care. During a challenging season, they provided stability, compassion, and reassurance. We will forever be grateful for the way they cared for dad and for the kindness they extended to our entire family. Even though my dad is no longer with us, my family still plans on visiting regularly, as we have grown to love the caregivers, nurses, staff, and residents.

Canterfield of Franklin is in my opinion, the best assisted living community in Williamson County. The leadership and staff are top notch and truly care about our loved ones living there. Great activities and field trips, beautifully kept facility and outdoor landscaping, and the convenience of having amenities such in-house physical therapy and devotion times are a few of the things my loved one enjoys. Thank you especially to Brad Hamilton, the executive director, who isn’t just someone with a title — he is in the trenches with all of his team there and we so appreciate him!

We are so very delighted with everything about Canterfield of Franklin. The facility is very new and updates with lots of light and stylish furnishings in the public areas and hallways. They celebrate the residents every day in very personal ways, the staff is very caring and they get to know the residents so they can provide the individual care they need. They hold regular celebrations, medical management is top notch with the best nursing staff we have encountered. They do what they say they will do, for reasonable costs. We are so very grateful for the staff and facility management.

My mom moved into Canterfield of Franklin recently and received such a warm welcome from everyone! The staff and other residents really did so much for her to make her transition an easy one. The entire facility has a comforting atmosphere while at the same time providing plenty of activities for the residents. We are so thankful for the family at Canterfield who has made my mom's new home truly feel like home.
