Canterfield IL is truly our home, and everyone here is like extended family! From the MANY fun activities (thanks William and Patric!), the beautiful apartments, the kind and thoughtful staff, to the yummy meals from Chef Matt, this is a wonderful place to call home!

Canterfield is a true shining star in this county! Stephanie Dominic is a huge HEART of love when touring & advocating for what's best for her sweet residents & staff! This community is simply AMAZING!!!!

We are a home care company that provides care to some of Canterfield of Kennesaw’s residents. As the owner of this company, I highly recommend this beautiful community because of 3 reasons. First is the longevity of the leadership team. Where in other places there are always changes with the leadership team, this community’s main leadership team remain the same since the day it was open. This allows them to build deeper relationships with the residents and their families, and other staff members. Second is the location. It is strategically located within driving distance to Marietta, Kennesaw, Woodstock and Canton. Third is their commitment to provide the best care and services to help not only the residents, but also the residents family members.

Canterfield of Kennesaw is not only a beautiful, welcoming facility but I have NEVER seen any care takers and employees with a more positive attitude. I've been to many nursing homes, senior living and assisted living places but everyone there seems genuinely happy to be there which makes a HUGE different to those living there and their families. My father was at another place before and he couldn't wait to leave and we hated visiting there because it was dark, unfriendly, etc. At Canterfield, it's a pleasure to have my dad there and happy and take my kids and puppy to visit. Everyone is SO NICE from the front desk, care staff and dining room employees! I simply can't say enough.
