My wife and I both have our moms living here and they have been here for about a year now. I was very nervous about my mom being happy in a facility of any kind as she’s always been so independent. I can tell you that my mind is completely at ease now that she’s been here for about 9 months. Elizabeth and her team have gone above and beyond many times making sure that she was taken care of. I have heard many times from my mother that she loves it here and is very happy!! I would definitely recommend looking into this facility if you’re in need!

Elizabeth Ballard makes this establishment a HOME! She truly cares for each resident like they are her family! Grateful to know her and her heart!

I can’t say enough good things about Care Network Platte City, and that is largely due to the incredible leadership of the director, Elizabeth. When we had to make the difficult decision to find a facility for my mother in law, this facility stood out because of its small, intimate environment. I never worry about my mother-in-law getting lost in the shuffle—she is truly seen and cared for. The staff has built relationships with her, I am deeply grateful for the kindness and patience they show her every single day. Knowing someone is looking out for her when I can’t is something I will always be thankful for.

My wife and I were having the hardest time finding my mother somewhere that accepted Medicaid and I can’t even describe the struggle of getting her Medicaid. Then we went and took a tour with Elizabeth and her staff and Liz changed everything. My mom has a really nice room with her own bathroom and this place is more like a home than one of those commercial style assisted living we absolutely loved it. Now let me tell You just a bit about Liz! She took our worst nightmare with my mom’s Medicaid application and getting approved completely off our plate and took care of everything! I have never met someone with as much knowledge and care for anything or any profession as this woman show day in and day out to her residents and staff! Liz changed our lives as silly as it may sound as you read this but if you have ever been put in a spot caring for a loved one trying to deal with Medicaid and all the other bs you have to deal with! I not only trust her and her staff with the care of my mother I also am proud to call her a friend! Guys if you need somewhere for you loved one to call a home and receive the care and attentiveness they need do not hesitate to stop by and talk with Liz and her staff we wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Love love LOVE this home and staff! They are so compassionate and loving with their Residents. They treat everyone like family! If you're looking for a home for your loved one go check them out! Their prices are phenomenal! You'll be happy you did! ❤️
