CARLISLE PALM BEACH, THE

The new owners of Carlisle are assembling a great team that are caring, knowledgeable and very kind to the residents My parents moved into Independent Living almost 2 yrs ago and there have been a lot of changes Everything is being updated and looking wonderful Erica has been a great addition and has been doing a great job with Activities We just moved my Dad into memory care and although it’s been rough the staff and administration have been very helpful Sharron and Edeline have been extremely helpful and understanding. They also facilitate a support group that’s very informative Also Fernando in the Dining Room is the best He really connects with residents and is extremely helpful.

I am currently living at the Carlisle in Independent living. The atmosphere here does not look or feel like a facility with its Mediterranean design. It feels more like a hotel or a luxurious home. It's location is superb. We are steps from the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Directly across the street are lovely shops, restaurants, and beauty salons which offer great convenience. The staff are caring and most accommodating and always with a smile. They are kind and approachable in their efforts to assist and please the residents. I am a second generation resident and I love it as much as my dad did. After doing my" homework" looking at other places, I can honestly say,"I would not want to be anywhere else".

My dad moved in just a few months ago and this has been life-changing for him. He really wasn’t the social type but it didn’t take him long to get acclimated. All of the residents and especially the staff have been exceptionally inviting. My Dad was hospitalized and the staff and residents kept checking on him and made sure he was OK and got him back into the swing of things once he was back home. They offer outings for the residents, happy hour, 24 hour staff, the options are endless. My dad is living like a king and well deserved for the golden years of his life. I can’t say enough about this place and my dad for once is living his life again thanks to The Carlisle and their staff.

Lisa Davis is an amazing Campus Director at The Carlisle Palm Beach. I have had the pleasure of interacting with her through community events, and she is always so positive, professional, and easy to talk to. Lisa truly cares about her residents and staff and it shows, they speak so highly of her and the supportive environment she creates. I absolutely love performing at The Carlisle Palm Beach! From the very first day, the level of professionalism and warmth from the entire team has been outstanding. The environment is always welcoming, uplifting, and full of joy — truly a beautiful place to share music. Erica who is one of the Life Enrichment Directors, made me feel right at home and ensures everything runs smoothly. It’s truly one of my favorite places to sing and connect with such wonderful residents.
