SPRING OAK CONWAY

It's only been a month since my Father has been there, but Susannah has been a breath of fresh air working with him. We have tried for over a year to get him somewhere he could get the help he needed. Susannah was able to convince him to try Spring Oak and we could not be any more greatfull for her help. Shout out to all the staff I have interacted with so far, they have been outstanding, compassionate and caring. His only complaint so far has been them waking him up to take his meds, but I'm greatfull I know he is taking them. If anything changes I will update this review, Thanks again to Susannah

My grandparents have been a part of Spring Oak for 4 years. My grandfather recently passed away, & it has been very hard for my Grandma to still be there without him. The residents & staff have shown up to support & love her in so many ways. A resident immediately came to sit with her at meals so she wasn’t alone, & staff members are constantly in and out just to chat & check on her. Some even offer to help with her puzzle. This community truly is a family, & we are so thankful to be a part of it.

Our experience so far has been an easy and stress free transition for Margaret. The staff, especially Susanna, have been so helpful and friendly and Margaret is feeling very comfortable and safe which of course are the most important things we could ask for. She is enjoying the meals and has begun to participate in some activities. Her roommate is a sweetheart and they are enjoying becoming friends. We look forward to watching her grow into the Spring Oaks family.

I absolutely love visiting this community! My children and I have had the joy of coming to sing for the residents during the holidays, and every time we leave with full hearts. The residents are always smiling and seem so happy and well cared for. You can really feel the warmth and family atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. It’s a special place that truly feels like home!

We are very happy with Spring Oak! They help with my dad’s mobility needs, taking medication, cleaning, and cooking. His Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy is provided on-site. A Nurse Practitioner is available if he needs anything or has concerns. The staff is kind, caring, and attentive. We are always welcomed with a smile! My dad says the food is good and the other residents are friendly ❤️ I often see residents out in the common spaces playing games, chatting, doing crafts, and hanging out with each other. Staff keep everything well cleaned and the common areas feel like “home”. I’m so happy we found Spring Oak!
