Finding exceptional individuals has become increasingly difficult in the current work environment characterized by tough conditions. I express my gratitude towards you and your team for assuming multiple roles and demonstrating a profound dedication towards the well-being of elderly individuals and those with disabilities. I would want to express my gratitude for your contributions to the community as a public figure. I sincerely appreciate your willingness to share and demonstrate care for the residents, treating them as if they were family. I express gratitude for the diligent efforts exerted by your personnel in fostering a communal ambiance that engenders a feeling of belongingness for my family.

I was very impressed by my tour of Dumas Long Term Care Facility. The staff went out of their way to be kind and helpful. The staff seemed very engaged with the residents.

I have been acquainted with this facility for more than 20 years and have been consistently impressed with the level of care and compassion provided to the residents. It is truly a family atmosphere. The staff is cordial, professional and takes pride in providing a consistent level of care for the residents.

Called to get details about the facility. Person answering the phone was so very rude! Couldn’t give me any information about residential criteria. Every question I asked was just a firm NO!!! She should not even be employed at a long term residential facility about as compassionate as a black widow spider!

I have worked for years with people that have stayed at Dumas. The staff at Dumas are family and treat all their people like family. The meals are home style, yet professional. They are consistent. The house is kept very clean. One of the best assisted living homes in Kansas City. I would highly recommend Dumas because they care and it shows!
