Everything was like fine till Danyelle took over. The previous house manager was loving and cared about the residents. After she left, Shawna treated my mom very cruel. I finally said that I'm taking her out of here and they shouldn't make me give two weeek notice when my mom was being mistreated. They ended up keeping all of her money even keeping two weeks worth of her not being there. They gave no refund even though she was paid for the whole month. And they kept her deposit. Danyelle didn't even know my mom could talk because she never took the time to listen. Find somewhere else for your loved ones. This place doesn't care about these elderly people.
