My dad recently moved to assisted living. He really enjoys living there. He likes the food and the fact that he can order whatever he wants at anytime of day. The facility is very nice. The people that work there are so helpful and kind. Also the other residents are friendly and welcoming.

So many nice residents and staff. A wonderful place for my father to live.

This place is amazing I think you should check it out if you are in the market for a Senior living center. The staff is amazing.

In moving our Father to the Facility, we were met with an outstanding crew from Ms Phyllis Wiley, the Admissions Coordinator, Ms Val in the Memory Care Center, Courtney the Executive Director, the Nursing Staff and others. Their compassion and professionalism is unmatched. We have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and care that Castlewood has given. An 11 out of 10!!

I met with Phyllis about the possibility of getting my mom put on the resident waiting list. This is a complicated family matter that involves potential contested guardianship. Phyllis was exceptionally kind and empathetic. She also was very knowledgeable about these types of family issues and showed great compassion. She gave me a tour of the Memory Care Unit and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and various activities the residents can take part in. I have been to many Nursing facilities and, by far, this is the nicest. I had the impression immediately that the residents are very well cared for and I felt a family atmosphere for the residents. We all hate to see our loved ones go into a nursing facility, but this felt more like a home environment, unlike many that I have been to. I see that the staff and management have recognized the unique needs of those that have dementia and they have implemented care that is designed to provide the best environment to meet those needs. I would highly recommend this facility and I truly appreciated the time that Phyllis spent with me, many thanks! Sherri
