Cedarhurst of Breese

Worst management I have ever seen thus far. Amy treats the staff horribly and it needs to be known. I have single handedly seen the way that she looks at her staff and treats them. The workers are clearly under paid and unhappy. Just by sitting with my mom at a meal I can see that she picks and chooses her favorite staff and it was hard to watch can’t imagine how the workers must feel working there under her management. The only decent part of management I have seen is Krista L. I’m not understanding how this place has genuine good reviews because it was awful. If it wasn’t for my mother being there I would never step foot back through those doors ever in my life.

Dedicated staff and excellent service! They take genuine interest and make a sincere effort to care for their residents. I have never seen such caring employees and that’s a huge comfort when you have a loved one who needs assistance. The facility is beautiful, and kept immaculate. The staff is involved at all times. This place is the best!

Cedarhurst of Breese is a great place. The staff are friendly and seem so happy all the time. There are so many fun activities daily that keeps Mom busy. Chelsey the nurse goes above and beyond. Mom mentions her often. All the nurses are caring and compassionate and they give excellent care. The nurses are simply top notch.

Mom has been living here for 4 years and I cannot say enough about the nursing staff, dietary dept, housekeeping, PT, OT, maintenance, etc! They all go above and beyond!! Karen and the activity department is TOP NOTCH!! Always coming up with new and fun activities for the residents to try out! Bus rides, parties, etc…. She always makes sure there is plenty of fun to be had by all!!

I can’t say enough about Chelsey H. at Cedarhurst in Breese. Their kindness and dedication to the residents is truly exceptional. They always go above and beyond, providing compassionate care with a warm smile that brightens everyone’s day. Chelsey takes the time to listen and makes every resident feel valued and cared for. The facility is lucky to have such a wonderful nurse, and I’m so grateful for the difference the loves of their patients! Highly recommend this facility because of staff like them.
