CELEBRATION VILLA OF DILLSBURG

This is a wonderful place. Everyone is family. This was home for my mom up till the end. I actually moved her to a different place because of dementa but she wanted to go home. Even with the dementa they treated mom with digaty, love and respect.

Love this dedicated and committed team at Celebration Villa of Dillsburg! The staff is amazing! From the Dietary Director making her signature biscuits and dill butter for visitors and their families to the Executive Director Jessica who knows all her residents and families going above and beyond every day and let's not forget the new amazing Sales Director Angela! I also can't forget to mention Ray the maintenance director taking care of all the rent apartments! Dillsburg rocks the hometown feel! Great place to call home!

I requested a tour a few days ago and was invited to the facility. At first glance, disgusting. The entrance was dirty and uninviting. Carpet stained. Front desk worker was off putting, seemed liked I was bothering her and she had to get up. Then I met with Jessica. She seemed nice at first but then it was apparent she wasn’t truthful. Staffing appeared less than adequate and quality of care did not appear like it was going to meet my expectations. Jessica stated this was state legal staffing numbers and staff could always get help from the managers. The time I spent there I did not experience the so-called support and staff looked visibly distressed. It might have been just a bad day, but I cannot chance it for the care of my family member. I think they need to work on building appearances and staffing/care of these residents. I was surprised by the way I felt Jessica was telling me lies just to get me to sign. I don’t like that and I likely wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone I know.

We were involved in finding a safe friendly medical assistance service home for our 94 year old friend. After speaking to Jack Walker the manager and Jessica in billing and a few other members of the staff from the nursing to the dinning services everyone was very professional and friendly. We spoke to a few residence and they were very happy with their home. The rooms are very nice the dinning area and food is great and there are games and events for all. We moved our friend in today and her daughter and my wife and I were very impressed with the efficiency, the professionalism and the extra care taken to make our friend feel very welcome. We made the right choice if you are looking for a medical assistance home you must visit them ASAP.

This place is truly like a family! I'm so impressed with how the staff members know the residents and go the extra mile to make each one feel special. One staff member discovered that my dad likes chicken pot pie so she made some at home and brought it to him! How sweet! This is just one of the many little touches that make CV truly special. Highly recommend!
