Excellent first experience and very accommodating. Expedited the process to get my mother move in safely.

Please do NOT put your loved one in this facility. It may look real nice and fancy but the lack of care and professionalism is a real problem. My mom spent only 2 months there and it was nothing but headache the entire time. Verbal abuse from her roommate who had a history of doing this and they refused to deal with her but instead made a person with dementia move rooms which confused my mom completely. They director Tyler flat out not responding to emails from me about the situation and basically blaming me because I was a strong advocate for my mom. Also incorrectly billing me for rent to the toon on 6k. They also were giving mom the wrong medication and lied about it and said it was hospice’s fault. They wouldn’t give her a shower stating that was hospice’s responsibility. The amount of lies and misinformation was astounding. I’m so happy I got my mom out of there. For the money I was paying mom should have had better care. The list goes on and on. The other residents push their buzzers for help and I witnessed multiple staff members sitting behind the desk having personal conversations and making snow angels on the floor in the common area. They don’t clean the rooms. There was food under the bed that didn’t even belong to my mom. I had to vacuum it myself because they ignored the request to have it cleaned. Think twice before committing to this place!!!!!!

My mother considers Celebration Villa of Reedsville home. They have welcomed her since day one. There is a core group of dedicated staff there that care and go out of their way to help. I'm grateful for everything they do!

Very warm and welcoming community! Dinning staff are very accommodating to resident preferences. Nursing staff are super attentive to individual care preferences. Housekeeping staff are thorough and adapt to resident requests. Reception staff are polite and helpful. Be sure to check the Activities Calendar daily for socials, events, movies, & more.
