CELEBRATION VILLA OF SOUTH HILLS

They don't check on love one often enough. Even when the call bell Is in place, I waited at least 30mintutes to 1 hr for them to change my love ones. My love one is soak when I get there and she is missing the call bell. My love one lost personal items like teeth and phones never notify the family why the lost and not paid to replace. The house keeps stink... For two weeks, dead leaves on the carpet... Staff do not even know who they are working with or adress family members with their names. I only got my Christmas photo and it is February... I would recommend some where else like other post, high turn over rate.

While the staff here are usually friendly, my loved one completely missed dinner because nobody came to help wheel her to the dinner room. They’ve had terrible understaffing issues, which has led to residents not receiving basic care, such as meals. 👎🏼

In search of a new home for my father, I discovered Celebration Villa of South Hills. During the first visit and tour, Roberta welcomed us and explained the services, charges, and admission process thoroughly. As we toured the community, we observed her interaction with the residents, and were impressed by how well she knew them. It was a clear indication of the staff’s care and concern for the residents. It is a lovely, well-kept community, and it has a "homey" feel. My dad is treated with dignity and respect by the staff; they are kind, caring, and patient. It is common for my dad to comment on how well he is cared for. There is a friendly atmosphere among residents, and they show a general concern for each other. After spending a week in the hospital, my dad returned to a warm welcome from the residents. My family and I are incredibly pleased with our decision, and we highly recommend Celebration Villa to anyone looking for a senior community in Pittsburgh.

If you have a need for an assisted living facility, I highly highly HIGHLY recommend celebration villa of south hills. No matter what role, from nursing to activities coordinators to management, the staff there is incredible. Absolute top notch team all around. I visited several other facilities and decided to go with Celebration Villa and feel it was the best decision for the resident we moved in and is in a really good area of the south hills. The place is very well maintained, looks great, cost effective, has lots of activities available for residents and most importantly for us, they have the level of care that we needed. If you are looking for a place, be sure to check out Celebration Villa. Just a fantastic place.

If you are looking for a safe, clean and interactive facility for your loved one, this is the place. My Mom is here and the staff has gone above and beyond to make her comfortable. She is well cared for and my sister and I can rest easy knowing she is safe. Roberta who helped with our admission is simply an Angel put on earth to help people in need. She is able to support not only the patient, but the family as well. Highly recommend Celebration Villa South Hills.
